You’ve always been precious cargo to us.
Now it’s just more official-like
At first folks were surprised. Pedicab rides in Boston during the Coronavirus Public Health Safety Restrictions? Is that even possible?
Well, we had a think. We realized a few pretty importanty things. Not only are pedicabs a smart option for getting around during this time of drastic limitations, they are actually better than cars when it comes distancing and disinfecting.
That’s right: pedicabs provide safety advantages against the spread of the corona virus built right in.
Tons of built-right-in social distancing.
Cars are contained and close. Pedicabs are wide open and allow distance between the driver and the passenger.
Rapid, fresh-air ventilation blows the virus away. (Almost literally!)
The virus doesn't do well in wind. Wind is what pedicabs do well.
Fresh air is an important immune-booster! Cars keep you cooped up.
The fastest disinfectant in town!
Pedicabs have less surfaces. That means easier to clean thoroughly.
Pedicabs get disinfected before and after every single ride.
Instant anti-depressant! (Which we all need right now!)
We’re all feeling a little low. Pedicabs can fix that a lot.
Did you know low stress helps boost immune response?! It’s sciencey!
